Destination first, then language

Check the scope and required information on the destination page. Do not select one format for every destination simply because a customer reads English.

Choosing an EU option

This service covers all 27 EU Member States, with one destination for each EU selection. Languages and document contacts are checked for that destination. Belgium requires a language area; the Brussels option includes Dutch and French.

Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand

The UK option currently refers to Great Britain, not Northern Ireland. Australia and New Zealand are selected separately. Ask about the specific situation when the destination or supply scope is unclear.

Canadian bilingual documents

The Canadian option includes English and French, delivered as one bilingual PDF or matching files according to the arrangement. Together they use one credit, not one per PDF.

What the GHS format option means

The GHS format is not a country version. When the destination is known, start with that regional option. Ask about an unlisted destination rather than assuming a general format applies everywhere.

Supplying one product to several markets

Select the regional options supported in the formal request and check the credits shown before submission. For several EU destinations, follow the current one-destination rule rather than extending the scope of one selection.
