1. The product

Product name, can capacity, actual use and an identifying product code, where available.

Prepare the Chinese product name when requesting the China version.

Include existing test or technical information. Do not invent data that is unavailable.

2. Contents of the can

List ingredient names, CAS numbers, mass percentages and propellant indicators. For a material without its own CAS number, keep an identifiable name, explain why and prepare its supplier SDS.

3. Destination market

Choose the actual destination before the document language. An EU request is prepared for one Member State destination; Belgium also needs a language-area selection. The Canadian option includes English and French.

4. Applicant and document contacts

Individuals can apply without inventing a company or logo. Account details and the contacts shown on the SDS may differ; use details that reflect the actual supply arrangements.

What to upload in the formal request

Use the protected upload flow in your account for supplier SDSs, existing product documents and supporting files. Public enquiries only need the question and reply details, not full formulations, passwords or verification codes.

Review before submission

Check the product, destination, language, document contacts, files and credits used. Formal processing starts after successful submission; saving a draft is not submission.
